Place was generally lovely but bathroom needs lots of attention. Severe mildew above and in tub area. No toilet paper holder do tool wet from brushing teeth. Bed needs to replaced. Pillows also old and flat.

The setting of the hotel was lovely as was the hotel itself. However, our bathroom didn’t have a shower or even a shower spray so we felt very limited (bath only). Also the following morning half the curtain rail fell down when I went to draw the curtains (lucky it missed my head !)

Wonderful hotel, beautiful location and truly lovely and helpful staff. A great stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel, decent food and friendly service. We used it as our base for Snowdon. Let them know if you go down the road to the pub, we were locked out when we got back!

The hotel was very clean well equipped and the hotel looked like it had just been refurbished - excellent condition. The facilities were very good for disabled people The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you.
