"Phenomenal our Go-To hotel in Honolulu!"

Phenomenal our Go-To hotel in Honolulu! This is really a great combination of location, quality, price, and friendly staff that ties everything together. We've stayed here several times over several years. It's literally become our failsafe come-back-to hotel again and again. The hotel is always constantly renovating and updating keeping up with Marriott standards. I'm pretty sure they just upgraded to very fast fiber internet, which is great if you need to take Teams call and work from the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, gym is nice, you're close to dining/shopping, and across the street from Waikiki beach. However, as good as a hotel is on the outside- without great staff it's just a shell. This hotel has it all- the staff feel like family who are there to look out for you. Small shoutouts to Celeste, Erin, Xin, Winnie, and Carlos to name just a few. The staff here are the heart and soul of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani that keep me and our family coming here again and again.
