Lokalizacja wspaniała - wszędzie blisko, praktycznie na starym mieście Monopoli, dworzec PKP 15 minut spacerem, blisko sklep i restauracje . Do plaży spacerem 20 minut. Super taras na dachu . Czyściutko . Polecam .

Dużym zaskoczeniem był: trzeci pokój, którego w ogóle nie było na zdjęciach na Bookingu. Pokój malutki z jednym łóżkiem, które rozkładało sie na dodatkowe łóżko typu turystycznego i bez okna - okno było na klatkę schodową . Klimatyzacja na klatce schodowej miała schładzać ten malutki pokój i sypialnie na tym samym pietrze ( musielismy spać przy otwartych drzwiach ). Faktycznie w tym apartamencie jest jedna duża sypialnia dwuosobowa z łazienką i klimatyzacją, jeden pokój dwuosobowy i pokoik niby dwuosobowy ale nie do końca. Gdyby opis na Bookingu był rzetelny ze zdjeciami wszystkich pokoi to nie byłoby takiego niemiłego zaskoczenia. Miło byłoby gdyby gospodarz dał na wyposażenie herbatę i więcej kawy ( były tylko 6 tabletek ) - ale i bez tego da sie żyć. Ogólnie bardzo polecam ten apartament tylko z rzetelnym opisem i zdjęciami na bookingu.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, leicht zu erreichen, grosses und grosszügiges Haus mit Dachterasse, alles neu und modern eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, es hat ein großes Schlafzimmer im 1.Stock, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett im 2.Stock, zwei Bäder. Die Fenster schliessen gut ab. Es gibt überall Mosquitonetzt an den Fenstern und Klimaanlagen! Alles sauber, genügend Handtücher, Pölster, Decken... Perfekt!

Alles super! Nur zur Info: Die Stufen auf die Terasse sind sehr steil, zu wenig Beschattung

Ingen aircon på de to øverste værelser, hvilket gjorde at vi var nødsaget til at sove fire mennesker på soveværelset samt to i stuen. Derudover var der en kakerlak i huset. Det var et virkelig dårligt ophold. Alt for stejl trappe til terrassen og mørk stue/køkken, hvor man føler sig indelukket. Derudover ville Matteo (værten) ikke hjælpe med refund, selvom vi havde skrevet to gange i løbet af opholdet, at aircon ikke virkede. Kan ikke anbefale dette sted.

Lovely property right in the middle of the old town. Very well equipped.

As others have said the stairs are very steep to the roof terrace. The kitchen is very dark.

It was a beautiful property, well furnished, decorated and equipped. Close to everything, but also quiet. Lovely roof terrace. Master bedroom and bathroom particularly spacious and lovely.

The two smaller rooms didn’t have aircon - there is a unit in the hallway so it is possible to cool the rooms down by leaving doors open.

The property is in a prime location but still setback from the main hustle and bustle. It was clean, very spacious and checkin very easy.

The only thing, as others have noted, is that the stairs to the rooftop and a little steep. But not unmanageable at all (maybe after a few too many glasses but that’s it).

It was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and in a great location.

The stairs to the terrace were very steep so it wasn’t easy to dine up there - but we managed!

The house is in a great location in the historic district. Easy walking to food markets, restaurants and beaches. The host left a bottle of wine, milk, juice and several snacks for our early evening arrival. We stayed 2 weeks and after the first week clean sheets and towels were dropped off. The AC units worked great and you needed them due to noisy streets. Restaurants are wonderful but make a reservation.

There are a lot of stairs in this house and very steep stairs to the roof top patio. The amount of noise in Monopoli was very surprising. In general, the early morning noise is due to glass disposal and evening noise is due to restaurants and general street traffic until 1am. The kitchen was not conducive for cooking.
