The location, the cleanliness, the bed.

The pictures made the triple room i booked, bigger than it was. The room was accessible after two flights of stairs after the really slow lift took you to the second floor. I Wasn't expecting that either. Worse when you have luggage. The staff is ultra professional. And thats not always great. They respond with an official response and are trying to upsell tours even before you arrive. And once the tour is sold they send no details and one has to chase them to get even pick up details/schedules. Also even after the tour i never got any details of what we were to do. Not a great experience. The staff tries to accommodate requests but either are short staffed right now or it is off season that details are hard to come by.

Perfecta la ubicación, cerca de la estación principal y del centro. La habitación muy amplia y tal cual se presenta en fotos. Luiggi nos subió las valijas en el check in, muy amable 😊

Es un poco incomoda la entrada y el ascensor solo llega al piso 2, pero no fue mucha molestia.

No es elegante Pero si tiene el aseo . El sofá cama no es bueno En ningún lado ya que se duerme mal y se cobra como los tres ocupantes para un viajero llegar encontrar un sofá cama es molesto porque quiere estar en una buena cama Eso no nos gustó
