COso close to all of the big sights in Porto, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Dona Florinda is so helpful and gracious, with great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. she even made reservations for us a couple of times. super clean and modern apartment with a lovely view from the terrace. a wonderful place to spend our first time in Portugal.
would have liked to have coffee ready for the coffee machine. we only had a couple of tea bags offered complimentary. BUT nothing negative could compete with the wonderful customer service and warmth of Florinda!

There are never any toiletries at all . I booked 2 rooms and in my friends room the shower was broken. We told the owner who did nothing about it and we were there for 4 days. It was apparantly broken for the people before us as well.

Sofa bed is uncomfortable and not straight. Towels are beyond their life span. Bedroom does not have mini split, the one in living room is too far and thus unable to properly heat/cool the bedroom. Very close to being a perfect place to book in Porto with the above caveats.
