Inadequate linen, toiletries, dishwashing tablets. List of facilities mentioned high chair for kid but there wasn't one. We had reached out to the host to ask for the missing linen and dishwashing tablets...were promised they would be delivered the next day but no one turned up. Given we were traveling with kids, it became difficult for us.

Very decent accommodation, modern with basic facilities, tv in every room with netflix, master bathroom, pretty much all the basic facilities you will need home away from home. Host responded to issues when contacted.

Loved the location, very near tram station. Also, very well equipped and comfortable. Super helpful host.

Great transport links for tram and bus. House was clean and tidy and had everything you would need, including towels. Plenty of space. Park across the road and a nice garden. Easy check in and immediate response to messages from owner.

The house was really cute .😍 I personally love the architecture. very comfortable rooms especially for the kids. kitchen appliances were also very easy to use. the host was super helpful too. the bathrooms were really clean and had enough toiletries which we really appreciated 🤗🤩🤩.

in as much as I loved my stay, I.believe the chairs in the living room could have been cleaner and the oven. Perhaps a deep cleaning would be nice to maintain its 5star level.. It would also be nice to have a welcome package e.g tea, sugar and coffee for the guest .
