This was a beautiful home from home experience. Easy access everywhere (the Lowry theatre, Trafford centre, Piccadilly train station). All facilities needed for an enjoyable time

Location and parking

The place is cozy and has all what you need for a vacation. The location is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and the host has excellent communication. Having 3 fans was excellent touch.

The bedding and towels need to be changed. They were clean, but stained and dated. We were not able to use the shower in the master bedroom due to plumbing issue, but the owner was trying to arrange for plumber to come fix it but it was not convenient for us to tend a plumber. This did not affect our stay, but you need to confirm it fixed before you book. The black out in the single room needs to be maintained as well. That being said, if we are in the area again, I will book the accommodation again if the bedding were changed and the master shower is fixed.

The surrounding area was ok but inside house we found spiders. Dirty place. No AC even we did search with AC. No pest control. Did not like our stay at all

Crockery was broken.

Communication was good

For a few days it was ok and did the job. Missing a few basics. Would have been nice to have some tea/coffee sachets on arrival. The apartment could do with a freshen up and small things like weeds at the back growing through the fake astro. Batteries in the TV remote. Nothing massively costly but just some more thought. Again not an issue as it was for a couple nights. Some dishwasher tablets would have been good too as we had to go out and buy a box. All in all an average stay that didn't break the bank!

The apartment was lovely. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A lovely size garden, good sized television already logged in to Netflix, so we could enjoy a film in the evening we arrived. WiFi password was displayed in the lounge and there were fans in each room so we could cool down on a stuffy evening. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. The host was welcoming and gave clear instructions on how to get in. My children were impressed with our accommodation. A lovely area and park across the street. It was quiet at night, which for staying in the city was a bonus. 2x car spaces. This place had everything I needed.

The shower in the on suite was boiling even when the thermostat was in the lowest setting. The astroturf needs weeding. Both an easy fix. Neither of these affected our stay at all. Just thought to mention it
