Point Arena Lighthouse

Outside was accessible but no shower chair or bench for the roll in shower. Inside space is also very limited for wheelchair mobility

The sound of the ocean while going to bed and the lighthouse cat were both amazing!!

We ran late coming from the redwoods and thus sadly arrived at night when it was dark and our phones wouldn’t work in the area but we didn’t worry as we figured finding the mail box with our info would be easy but it was very difficult as there is not way to find the office and we assumed what ended up being the office was a rental room so we didn’t want to be peeking around peoples rooms so we went all around Al the other buildings - highly recommend that an office sign be added or a little light over the mailbox for folks coming in after sun down and who can’t get cell service as it’s common in that area! Everything else after this part was lovely! I did think there were going to be chairs to sit on outside and that the room was bigger but the location is so amazing you look past these things!

Very Inspiring It doesnt look like any other place View Atmosphere

The place is so awesome, can’t complain about anything. This is so good I would definitely visit again. The place had a personal touch to everything and took care of every little thing that a family would need. If someone likes to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef would need. Loved everything. Can’t complain.

We would have to be super bad people to say something we didn’t liked at the Point Arena Lighthouse. This place is too good to be true. I just can’t get enough of the place. Loved it, every single second I stayed at the lighthouse. Just sharing, it’s nothing important but Since we cooked our food and didn’t eat out we wanted to clean the dishes using the dishwasher. But we didn’t had any dish soap pods. They weren’t available at the town either . 1-2 pods if someone is staying there for 2 days would be an awesome idea.

Peaceful and Quiet

The Beauty and History of the Lighthouse....Pacific Ocean......Full Moon.....is too difficult to put into words and along with that...the assistance from all that worked at the property added to the complete enjoyment and appreciation. The walking trails, the information about the entire area and history was helpful prompting fun time exploring. Check-in was very easy and safe without being restricted to exact time of arrival....nice when on vacation.

What a beautiful place this is. The views are spectacular.
