We experienced a bed bug problem in one of the rooms and had to leave early. They were very apologetic and did some of our laundry. They already were ripping apart the room before we left to have an exterminator come . It was a shame because it was a nice cabin . Thankfully the bugs did not follow us. It ruined a whole day for us though as we had to find other accommodations at the last minute and wash everything we brought. And of course my poor son was itchy and uncomfortable the rest of the trip. They refunded the night we were supposed to stay but I wonder if I should have requested a full refund. Also found booking customer support was totally lacking via on line messages. Very disappointing.
