I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, well maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the entire team was outstanding, and every staff member was courteous, helpful, and professional. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Faten from the Reservations Team for her warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. She was attentive, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant from the very beginning. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
