Very calm house in a quiet area. The room was a perfect size with direct access to the pool. The ladies whose are taking care of the property are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They were very helpful and answered all our questions before our check-in days. Great place and wonderful service.

The room had a bad smell and the door look wasn’t properly working.

I booked a triple room just yesterday and honestly, it was AMAZING! 😍 We were there to celebrate my friend's departure to Bali, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for it. The outside garden and lighting setup were absolutely stunning 🌺💡 – it gave such a peaceful and magical vibe at night. We arranged a table on the outdoor balcony and had our little farewell party right there. 🎉🍽️ What I loved the most was the quiet atmosphere – there were no disturbances at all, just peace and privacy. 🌙✨ The owner was very caring – he called me twice just to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. That made us feel really welcomed and looked after. 💬📞 Also, a big shoutout to the friendly Tamil lady working at the hotel. She was super sweet and prepared a delicious breakfast for us in the morning 🍳🍞 – two omelets, sliced bread with jam and Astra, fresh cut fruits 🍉🍌🍍, and tea ☕. It was such a nice arrangement and served with a smile! The bathtub, washroom, and room were all very clean and gave a luxury feel 🛁✨. Everything was well maintained, and you can see the love and care put into every detail. Before we left, the owner told me they are planning to add an outdoor swimming pool 🏊 in the near future – I’m already excited to come back again and experience that too! ✅ Quiet place ✅ Great hospitality ✅ Tasty food ✅ Clean and luxury room ✅ Beautiful outdoor area Highly recommended! ❤️ Will definitely return again soon!

📍Only one small thing: the hotel is a little bit out of the main city, but that’s also a plus point – it’s quiet, healthy, and there are no mosquitoes like in many city hotels 🦟❌. You can easily take a PickMe tuk-tuk from Negombo main bus stand (it cost us around Rs.340) 🚖💸.

Garden, quietness , privacy, comfort

The property is close to the airport. Late arrival is no problem, we arrived in the middle of the night and enjoyed a late breakfast in the morning. The garden is beautiful, great for kids to run around or play. I would definitely come back :)

Very friendly owners.

Location, safety, and local breakfast. We left some extra money in room, and kind owner called us when we left and returned the money. The woman housekeeper dont speak english, but if you use google translate (english to Sinhala)you can communicate well. They have remote controlled door so in the night the yard is locked so it feels safe. Cameras on property grounds keep you safe also(room is free of cameras ofcourse)

Not related to the apartment, but the road around the accomodation is narrow so consider renting a tuktuk or using tuk tuk cab to arrive. Had small problem with bathroom BUT the owner fixed it right away. So point is if you have a problem with accommodation the owner will help you right away, witch is good, and dont be ashamed to call him.
