When we first enter there was big spider in the room when we went out for temple visit and came back room was not cleaned even after giving instructions about cleaning plus they charged for 2 nights even though we left in one day and they were not at all considerate

I stay here a lot and I like staying here. The location is great. Highly Recommended.

Terrible customer service. Had asked for water to be provided at night and was given in morning after multiple calls to reception. Had asked for milk sachets for preparing tea and was asked to call the housekeeping- who then asked me to call reception - and finally got them after 50 minutes. WORST - their buffet breakfast was in such sorry state - just 4 items and a barely edible dosa!! They are charging 4300 rupees for a night and provide such pathetic service.
