Expectation slow service.. Slow service is an understatement.. Rooms didn't have towel, sippers and bath robe..

The ac was giving terrible sound throughout the night. Moreover, water was splashing from the ac. Had to change the room for the inconvenience caused. Also, the rooms were not upto the mark as per the price.

Very nice hotel and the food especially breakfast at the restaurant had an unique taste. The hotel stay was made exceptional by the very nice and friendly hotel staffs especially at the restaurant.

Everything was so good.

The location is nice and the hotel is clean. It’s a good option if it fits the budget, but if you can spend a bit more, you could also look at other options

We had booked two rooms. One of them was smaller in size, but it was acceptable given that this is a budget hotel. However, in the room where my mother and the others were staying, water was leaking in from the bathroom, and there was also water dripping from the walls. The AC failed to address these problems. Additionally, room service should be improved to provide a better experience.
