Such a lovely experience, MD Shepon was kind and helpful. Highly Recommended when you have delayed flight or come earlier to the airport to have some good foods and relaxing.

InterContinental Dhaka by IHG gave me a smooth and enjoyable stay with just the right blend of comfort and sophistication. The service stood out—friendly, prompt, and consistently attentive. My room was clean, modern, and relaxing, offering a calm space to unwind. The property itself feels elegant without being overwhelming, especially the lobby and pool areas, which create a refreshing atmosphere. Dining was a highlight for me. From the breakfast buffet to the specialty restaurants, the food quality and variety were impressive and reliably satisfying. The location is convenient for both business and leisure, yet the hotel manages to feel peaceful and well-contained. Overall, InterContinental Dhaka delivered a refined, pleasant experience that I’d gladly choose again.

Actually, my stay at the Dhaka International was totally disappointing.

The most unacceptable thing was the unacceptable questions from the staff it's really annoying me. Also, it's my first time in my life at the hotel I paid a deposit!!!!!

The staff were best I have ever encountered. Mithun, Fatima, and Robin to name a few at the breakfast buffet ensured all my dietary restrictions were followed by the chefs and met my satisfaction. Also pointed out new things for me to try which were delicious. At the pool cafe the staff were attentive and kind, but especially Kalam and Nasim who treated me with warmth each day. Masud Rana helped me change my room reservation time frame which was very responsive and kind, and Arman Kobir ran 8 flights of steps with me a couple of times after the strong earthquake.

My new room on the 2nd floor had a thermostat that wasn't working despite having maintenance come twice - freezing cold one day and very warm another. The refrigerator and coffee maker were missing from room and the hairdryer only partially worked on certain settings.

Facilities was good but have chances to improve much more in food quality. Washroom not upto mark. Overall l can say good

Stayed at the Intercontinental in Dhaka for 4 nights and was highly satisfied. Rooms are comfortable and spacious; public areas, including pool area are stylish. I liked the location right next to Ramna Park, which allowed for early morning or afternoon walks away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and service mindedness of the staff I was in contact with - concierges, restaurant, spa, reception. The only downside was the cost for a glass of wine at the restaurant or hotel bar which I considered way over the top, even when bearing in mind local circumstances. Generally though a great hotel.
