Close to venue we were attending.

Hot water was pretty hard to get. Wife took a cold shower first morning of our stay. 2nd did get warm water but faucet was turn to full hot.

Clean. Very presentable.

I felt that the breakfast should have had more options and definitely some sausage or bacon. But the food was good.
