"A very luxurious hotel at a better price compared the other the airport hotels."

The reception staff went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. They personally went to prepare my room when housekeeping were struggling to keep up with the high volume of guests checking out following the end of the lunar marathon. For that, I am grateful. The rooms are huge, clean and the mattress was amazing. The breakfast selection was impressive - I think I remember there was teriyaki beetroot. They also had an exceptional gym that I got to enjoy all to myself.

An outstanding hotel operated by a highly respected hospitality group. Absolutely recommendable in every respect and represents the highest standards of guest service.

Lack of advance communication regarding the mandatory credit card security deposit, which resulted in some members of the delegation being unprepared for this requirement upon arrival.
