Hotel très propre, très bien situé après sa visite de Fort Worth Personnel agréable, chambre très spacieuse, équipée et qui sent très bon

Effectivement, on entend 1 peu le bruit de la grande route mais sincèrement la literie est tellement confortable que ca ne nous a pas derangé

It was clean, I was given the option to what floor wanted my room to be on, the breakfast was always hot and very great options.

The location was a little hard to find but once I got use to the area, it was fine.

When we first arrived I loved the receptionist who checked us in, the cleanliness of our room, how urgent they were to get things fixed or accommodated when they couldn't.

I didn't like that my kids couldn't be kids. I get that we were in a hotel and we were also on the 3rd floor but getting complaints that kids are laughing too loud or jumping around and stomping in our room at 1:12 in the morning (which wasn't true because we were all sleeping at this time) is absolutely ridiculous. We had a big group and booked 4 rooms, each room but 1 had a child or children in the rooms all ranging from ages 4-13.

Très bruyant ! On entend les voisins du dessous et d’à côté !!! Il faut réclamer le changement de serviettes (service minimum)
