La Casa de mi Abuelo

Llegué de noche y no tenían mi reserva, me vi con el equipaje y sola. Tardaron 10 minutos en abrirme la puerta para decirme q no tenían reserva.

This is a great little hostel , the host was fantastic , she was so helpful and went above and beyond with the service , she’s a lovely lady and we’ve enjoyed our stop. We would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, when I arrived the hostel manager said she didn't receive my reservation and that Hotels.com did not pay them for a long time. The Agent from Hotels.com Christine B. Was incapable of resolving the issue, she even drop the call in the middle of the call. I was not able to stay at the hostel and Hotels.com charged my card already. Worst experience ever!

Estaba cerrado NO atendieron y me tocó ir a buscar otro hotel con mis hijos espero que EXPEDÍA me devuelva el valor de la reserva

Wonderful little place to stay! We had 6 people in our group and the hostess gave us 3 rooms (each had their own bathroom) for the price of our one room booking. We had wonderfully hot showers, a lovely breakfast, and there is a market directly across the street. Highly recommend staying at this establishment!!!

A estadia foi ótima. Fui muito bem atendida. O quarto era ótimo e limpo todos os dias. A dona do estabelecimento nos atendeu muito bem e o café da manhã era ótimo. É preciso caminhar um pouco para chegar até a plaza, assim como está na descrição.
