Jesús on reception was really friendly and gave us some tips for where to eat in the evening. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with a lovely rainfall style shower. Nice outdoor seating area with views of the pools. Valladolid centre was only a 10-15 minute walk.

Breakfast was basic (Coffee/tea, juice, pancakes, banana, jams, maple syrup).

Lep, prijten hotel blizu centra. Velik vrt, ležalniki, bazen.

Joli petit hôtel proche du centre ville avec piscine et possibilité de profiter de l’extérieur dans une sorte de terrasse commune. Chambre grande et fonctionnelle Personnel accueillant

Petit déjeuner inclus mais limité dans ses choix ( le thé n’est pas proposé et est payant !) Des imperfections : pas d’eau en bouteille, wc sans séparation. Peu d’éclairage dans salle de bains et porte qui claque Pas de bouilloire ( comme dans de nombreux hôtels du Yucatan)

Situé à proximité du centre de Valladolid, au calme et idéal pour visiter la région ! Personnel charmant et très accueillant.

The garden and pool area we very relaxing , and even in the city it didn't feel lie it . It was very quiet and we enjoyed a swim upon arrival . The front desk manager Jesus was exceptional , very professional and an asset to the property . He provided us with great dinner recommendations and places to explore in the city .

We have paid for a room with breakfast included but due to our day trip had to leave at 7:10. The breakfast was starting at 7.30 We asked the day before if we could have some food or early breakfast to take away but it was refused. During departure we asked if we can have at least a coffee, as there was filtered coffee standing at the reception. Unfortunately, they declined and told us we can buy it instead. That was really disappointing. We have spent next night in a different hotel and we had much better experience, half of the price.

Très grande chambre, très grande salle de bain, très grand lit et un véritable havre de paix. Je recommande à cent pour cent.
