MainStay Suites Logan Ohio-Hocking Hills

Everything was great! From the moment my wife and I walked in, staff member Spencer greeted us and immediately made us feel not only extremely welcome, but even more-so, appreciated! Every staff member we talked to was equally warm and friendly, and made us feel the same as Spencer! There's an old saying that goes, "people will forget what you say, but they'll always remember how you made the feel". The room (single king) we stayed in was so roomy, neat and clean. As soon as we walked in we said "wow", this is so nice! The dining area was great as we actually spent a lot of time there having loads of great conversation with another couple we were there with on this trip. The breakfast served both days we were there was also wonderful! We loved how they have a menu board up showing what todays breakfast is! Without question, the next time we come to Hocking Hills, MainStay Suites is where we will stay! Being a man who has traveled a lot over the years for work and have stayed in many different hotels, I must say, this has been one, if not the best hotels I've stayed in and I would HIGHLY recommend MainStay Suites!!!

This is not a complaint, or a matter of what we didn't like at all, but only a couple of minor comments, or suggestions (for the future) that would have made our great stay even a little better. 1) It would be great if the shower had a shelf in it where one could set preferred personal items like shampoo, body wash, etc.. 2) It would also be great if the room had a k-kup coffee machine for us coffee snobs who are spoiled by our favorite brew of the morning before venturing to the breakfast area. By the way, the coffee machine in the dining area is absolutely awesome and the coffee is really good. Having their good coffee available all day was definitely a major plus!!!

The staff was kind and gave us a nice welcome with answers to all our questions.

We found some room cards underneath the tv counter and some crumbs, which lead me to believe the room wasn't vacumed thoroughly.

Everything! Spacious double queen suite with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was immaculate. This is a very accommodating hotel and I highly suggest!

There is nothing to complain about.

Loved how close we were to everything.

All was great.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the extra appliances were nice.

Had to wait an additional 30 mins due to room was currently being cleaned. There was a stain on sheet (appeared to be nail polish) Also someone next door was knocking on wall at 2:30 am.
