Er is geen vaatwasser, en het huis ligt aan een erg drukke weg, alles moet met de auto.

The villa was stunning inside and out! set in a tranquil setting with lovely mountain views ( we loved waking up in the clouds every morning). The villa was very spacious, well-equipped, ample seating areas, décor/cleanliness was maintained to a high standard and the pool was exceptional, I was worried that the water would be very cold after noting that the heating system was not switched on during our stay but it was far from cold, in fact, none of us had any problem with just walking straight in, it was lovely to spend time enjoying the pool with the kids! There's one double bedroom, one twin bedroom but there is also an office which has a single bed in it too, very handy if you have brother/sister that refuse to share a room! The location is a little remote with no footpaths to walk so hiring a car is strongly advised, Los Gigantes is approximately 5 minutes down the hill and parking was never an issue and reasonably priced, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje were all about 20/25 minutes by car and again parking/prices were extremely good. There was added security by use of electric gates, garage, safe, alarm system so although we were a little remote we felt very safe at all times. We were a family on a budget, staying in a villa to spend some proper quality time as a family re-connecting without all being on top of each other at the same time which was made possible with the outstanding value for money that this villa offers, our overall experience was relaxing, enjoyable, memorable and unforgettable. We would highly recommend this to family/friends and hope to return one day. 😊

The second bedroom had no air-con and the fan did not seem to help with the heat much, not a problem for the kids as they found themselves enjoying sleeping outside. Between the hours of 2pm and 6pm every tap only released hot water even the outside shower which we found out on the first day when going for showers, however we called the local office and they were extremely helpful, the water tank is on the outside of the building and obviously with such high temperatures during our stay it just kept the water hot most of the time but if you leave all the taps running for 5/10 minutes then you will then be able to shower comfortably, this wasn't an issue for us and only noting it for reference. One thing which again was not an issue for us and was reported was the main shower head kept falling off, minor detail but hopefully it will be fixed as I suffered a bad shoulder for a couple of days after it fell on me🙈
