Service, hospitality, breakfast everything is good, assistance is perfect, staff very friendly,I really love the ITC hotels,I will visiting again.

Traditional atmosphere and excellent service. The food is also very good. However, the bar feels too crowded and could be improved. The lounge on the 16th floor should be a bit more welcoming, and it would be great to offer a complimentary happy hour for elite guests in the lounge. Other than that, everything is excellent. Annapurna especially deserves praise for her proactiveness and kindness.

The overall experience was amazing! The food was great, So was the location as it was nestled between greenery and other hotels. The atmosphere was also good but they could improve the time for in room dining and service.

Stayed for 2 nights at the ITC Maurya for my son’s birthday celebration. We upgraded our room to the ITC One category and ended up paying almost double our original booking amount — approximately INR 54,000 for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and far from what one expects from a luxury hotel at this price point. The primary reason for upgrading was the promise of access to the luxury club lounge in the Towers section. However, this turned out to be highly misleading. The Towers lounge was apparently closed because the IPL team Rajasthan Royals, was staying there. Instead, guests were redirected to a much smaller temporary setup on the 16th floor offering just 2 vegetarian snacks and a handful of drink options. Calling this a “luxury lounge experience” felt deceptive and absolutely not value for money. We were then advised to visit the Golf Bar on the lobby level, but families with children were not permitted. When we went there separately, there was no seating available and the staff showed little interest in assisting, managing a waitlist, or accommodating guests despite visible empty spots appearing intermittently. The overall service attitude across several areas felt rushed, transactional, and indifferent. Throughout the property, staff members seemed overwhelmed and constantly running around as if managing a fish market rather than a luxury hotel. Front office and restaurant teams appeared under immense pressure due to overcrowding and poor crowd management. Breakfast experience was another major disappointment. At the main breakfast restaurant, Pavillion, we were informed there were not enough tables available and were redirected to a makeshift breakfast arrangement inside a large banquet/event hall. It genuinely felt more like attending a wedding buffet in a basement hall than staying at one of Delhi’s premium luxury hotels. If the hotel knows its occupancy levels in advance, proper breakfast seating arrangements should be planned accordingly. Either open additional restaurants for breakfast service or manage capacity better — not push paying guests into temporary arrangements that dilute the entire luxury experience. Overall, the hotel felt excessively crowded, chaotic, noisy, and operationally stretched. Service lacked warmth and attentiveness. The environment gave a constant impression of “come, eat, and leave” rather than making guests feel welcomed or valued. In hindsight, choosing ITC over our usual preferred Taj Palace, New Delhi / Taj properties was a major mistake. One positive mention goes to Dum Pukht. The food quality was excellent, portions were decent, and the service there was genuinely good. However, even then, pricing felt excessive considering we were primarily ordering vegetarian dishes in Delhi. The pricing was comparable to what I would pay at a premium Indian fine-dining restaurant in Manhattan. Great food and service, but the layout and value proposition could still improve. I may return in the future only for dining at Bukhara or Dum Pukht, but I would never choose ITC Maurya over Taj again for a hotel stay.
