Ambience is good. Different continental foods. The service by Keith is absolutely amazing. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is good. The ambience is set right and the overall experience has been good. The breakfast menu can have more non veg and protein based options. The rooms are big and clean. Keith at the breakfast buffet was very kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at Welcomhotel Chennai, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Brindha, Front Office Manager, for her warm hospitality and professionalism. I was also impressed to meet the Hotel GM during breakfast she personally ensured that we were comfortable, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai! I have been staying at this hotel for over decades and the charm of this hotel nestled in the heart of the city is evergreen …. The service at WelcomHotel is outstanding. They staff care about the guests. They also have a number of experienced excellent chefs. The food is amazing. Finally, the ambience at Sunbean and Durrant’s is classy. Shoutout to a great job by Guru, Anirudh, Wakash, and Wangshi!

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
