Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai

As soon as we entered the lobby, we were bit by mosquitoes and had a long wait to get our room, even though we reached only at check in time. Everything was good once we got the room. SANTIEGO in dining area took care of us like we were family. He ensured vegan food was available and also got us some vareity of dishes to try for breakfast as we stayed 2 days.

Wonderful experience and great service all together especially by floor assist Mr. Sakthivel and Manager Mr. Balachander. I had stayed here earlier too and felt great always; this time it was very special as me and my wife had celebrated coral marriage anniversary and the special arrangement made by Ms Brinda ma’am was extraordinary. Thanks to mahajong and breakfast cafe marina Mr. Shankar.

Excellent hospitable warm and lovely stay with comfort and excellent food and service. Mr Vidyasagar and mr Balachandran were extremely nice. Mr Kuki lan in restaurant was very warm hospitable and full of professionalism . The reception was the first contact of great warmth

Overall had a great experience at Welcom Hotel Chennai and couldn’t have asked for a better stay !! The staff was very courteous and ensured that my stay was absolutely comfortable. I stayed at Welcome ITC Hotel on Cathedral Road, Chennai, for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were supportive and welcoming, especially the team at the front desk. I really appreciate the conversation with Ms. Ila Prabhu, the General Manager, during breakfast. The hotel is clean and lovely and the staff are very helpful. Our housekeeping staff Vidyasagar, Sudharshan and Shakthi as well as manager Bala were very keen to help and incredible. Food options are great and love the breakfast buffet. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I have attended BNI meeting every week, every week we are conducting meetings and many workshops and various business meet, The banquet wall is very Royal, it's very impressive, the place where u can conduct meetings and workshop, the family function very much suitable place to happen, in the center of city

we had a wonderful and relaxed stay with our family. the services were excellent. rooms are spacious and clean. the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Madan from the food and beverages took really good care of us. kudos to the management. Loved staying here and would definitely come back again.

The room was well kept by Vidysagar during our stay . He was very helpful. The restaurant and the general premises of the hotel was above average . Overall good experience. The food and bar was above expectation. The general outdoor experience was also good
