O preço foi bom, o quarto bem grande, ótima acomodação.

Good size, clean and comfortable for a family . Excellent communication. Great location and convenient for the city. We did not use the kitchen but saw it had a sink and kettle.

The aircon unit position would be better located near the beds instead of near the kitchen area. If it is not possible to move the aircon unit then I would suggest that you can give the option to have fans for better comfort when the temperature is above 30degrees. Maybe if staying longer then perhaps more equipment. A microwave would be helpful. All minor points as would definately stay again. Thank you.

It looks as in pictures, good location.

Despite it is no smoking property, it had very hard cigarette smell inside straight after we opened the doors. As we stayed only for one night, we just informed landlord about it. If we would take the apartment for longer stay, we definetely would cancell it because of this smell. We are non smokers and felt it very strong.
