Bianca je izuzetno prijatna, uvek dostupna da vam da sve informacije, spremna da izađe u susret gostu i čini ustupke kako bi gostima učinila boravak u Zagrebu prijatnim. Soba je bila čista, kao i kupatilo. Krevet udoban. Lokacija fenomenalna!

Super lokacija, privatni parking je definitivno plus. Dosta mirna lokacija, s obzirom da je na Ilici. Jednostavna i detaljna komunikacija s vlasnicima, kao i check in.

Čistoća nije baš na očekivanom levelu - npr pronašle smo ostatke šminke na čašama od prethodnih gostiju te pribor za jelo nije dobro opran.
