"Clean and tidy but no spg upgrades"

The hotel is clean and tidy, no spg room upgrades. rooms are too small so the windows. bathroom has no quick shower tray and small as well. I had troubles connecting to the internet that they had to change my password few times. location wise, the hotel is in a nice location. quiet and easy to access nearby shopping malls.
