The bed was really comfortable, and it was really clean

The remote control didn’t work and the blinds got stuck up

A nice little space with everything you'd need, there's stuff to cook, a washing machine and a balcony. The place was pretty clean, with clean towels and bed sheets and very close to the metro station, in which you can quickly get to all the main parts of the city.

The landlord never got in touch with us. The booking was confirmed and I sent a message with our check-in time and didn't get a reply until we arrived and there was no one to let us in. The problem was quickly solved after we called booking's customer assistance service because all we needed was the password to get in, so it wasn't a very big deal. But it was a stressfull situation that could be easily avoided with the password being sent beforehand. Outside that the place is pretty good.

There was no shower gel, the clothes-line was broken, I couldn't put the clothes there to dry because it would fall, the chairs are uncomfortable and there were opened salt and sugar!!! There was a misunderstanding with the check-out and I went to study the whole day (they knew that) and they didn't care and let other people in (even with a big and a normal 10kg bag full of clothes and other stuffs in the room) and they stole my food!!! Luckily they didnt stole anything of value!!! Never again, that's for sure!!!

The apartment was great. The location is not the greatest, it's 40 minutes away from the city center by foot. But if you want to use public transport, there's a metro station not even 5 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful area.

There was some mold on the walls, and the shower had its flaws. It's time to change the shower head hose.

It has a very nice terrace! I loved the facilities and how close it was from the metro and supermarkets. People are really nice and respectful, not very noisy at night! There are a lot of stray cats that are very kind as well.

Most stuff were damaged such as the shower's tap, the kitchen's tap, the bedroom's floor and the air conditioner while functioning was sliding water. The bed was very shaky and not very nice for sleeping. Overall, this stay isn't good for family (3 adults - 2/3 over 65 years old) but with friends (young) or young parents with kids. The floor was very clean and overall smelled nice, however trash cans were poorly cleaned as well as some of the kitchen drawers were full of dust. The machine to make toasts is very damaged as well.

Nice small apartment with comfy bed, very close to the metro, however few essential items were missing/not in good shape during our stay.

1. Only one sharp knife, which was but not sharp at all. I suggest to buy few more and eventually also a knife sharpener. Not a huge investment really... 2. Fridge freezer full of ice (probably not turned off to defrost for a longer time) thus the fridge was not cooling well. 3. Dish rack missing 4. Water tap in kitchen was fully loose, easy fix by the owner ... 5. Batteries in TV remote not working, or the remote itself. Overall we were satisfied, but I would say the owner should have a checklist of what to check after each guest leave (and if they do, add the above to the list)
