Localização

Falta de limpeza a higiene ficou a desejar. Congelador do frigobar cheio de gelo, suco com morfo, louças sujas guardadas, ainda tinha café na cafeteira de outro hóspede. E o extintor está vencido fora que a manta de fogo nem validade tem. As paredes da casa corredor, cozinha cheia de morfo e umidade.

Location, support from cleaning lady, easy access, clean towels.

Mould on wall, which is potentially unsafe and can cause health issues, smell in the room and the fridge, absolutely no sound isolation, no response / support from the host.
