Book for 3 and it has only 2 beds ready, all in one room, not working air conditioner, zero sound proof we heard the whole neighborhood, and the staff does not even communicate in messages.

Location was within walking distance of the Francos metro station. This is convenient for travelling from the airport, to Estadio de Dragão and the centre of Porto. Supermarkets, restaurants and other necessities are within walking distance. For the three of us and a three night stay this was value for money, getting a whole apartment to your with all the facilities you need. Upon an early arrival the cleaner was very friendly and offered us great recommendations for our stay in Porto. Somewhere I would definitely book for a stay in Porto.

The apartment is of a good size, has good shower/hot water and is located close to a well connected Metro Station. The owners failed to give entry codes till we were stood on the doorstep. We found worms in the bathmats, dirty blankets and pillows, dirty cupboards and a dirty coffee machine. The heater and a/c unit did not work even after we got batteries to be able to turn it on, so we were cold and damp.all our stay. The daily housekeeping was non existent though it was advertised and so paid for. The place and towels in particular were wet from day one. Several amenities listed were missing such as the electric kettle and ironing board. Lateraly the owners failed to return messages to myself and Hotels.com by when they must have realised we were not happy. They also did not collect the tourist tax they were due to, so they are operating outside the local law, or ha ha paying it out of their own pocket. The have still not answered a request for a refund. Very noisy upstairs neighbours who must be working odd hours and a building site outside the back door (which was quiet on a Sunday but clearly not the other 6 days of a week)

As we pulled up there were two junkies shooting up one on each side to the entrance door . Decided to go inside anyways to see the apt and there was not a acceptable bed for the third person in our group . I will be loading up the photos that I took . We did not stay at the property because we did not feel safe. After many messages to management requesting a full refund I’m still waiting on a response. Do not recommend.

Full of dump on the toilette, just 2 pellows on the bed,and to noise on both night's,never any more.....

It was spacious

There was lots of mold: on the ceilings, on the walls, in all the rooms. Not much furniture, another night table and armchair would be good. No cabinets or chest of drawers to store the clothes.

Very cheap, beds were comfy

Very damp, location isn’t lit up very well on an evening and didn’t feel the safest

The location of the property is very convenient, and the beds are comfortable.

There's virtually no sound insulation, out of the 7 nights we've spent there only one was undisturbed. The kitchen could be better equipped, there was not one sharp knife in the apartment. The tap in the kitchen was not fixed to the counter (was like that when we arrived), the owner told us they'll get it sorted after we leave, so it was like that for the whole week.

The apartment was very clean and smelt nice, important when you're going somewhere unknown. It had all the equipment we could have wanted. It's location was great as it was only just out of the city and close to the Metro.
