"Not worth the price. Not good service ."

We had to check out at 6:10am because of our flight and unfortunately the staff refused to give us anything for breakfast even though I paid for breakfast . The front staff did not give my 5 year old son a croissant. That was very poor hospitality .

Very poor service. The room was filthy and dusty. Not worth the price.

The room was welcoming, bed’s were comfortable, nice pillows, bathroom clean, and included a large range of teas. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything

The only thing I didn't like was the shower tap - it was difficult to turn on

Service and staff were excellent,friendly,polite and helpful. Concierge (Nakul ) was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. Breakfast was excellent.

Lighting in the rooms made reading hard and shower over bath was a little tricky. All else was excellent.
