"Utmärkt läge"

Perfekt läge, fin lägenhet.

Ostädat under sängarna, lakanen för två av sängarna (4 sängplatser)kändes ofräscha medan de andra 2 var fina. Vi fick inte tillgång till gratis (enligt vvo-online) mobila gästekarte (för gratis lokaltrafik under vitelsen)för området utan fick betala extra för fysiska, enligt värden pga att vi bokat via booking.com.

die Junior Suite ist ein hoher, feuchter, kleiner Raum an der Bergwand. Kaffeemaschine unbrauchbar, Steckdosenleisten verschmutzt, kein Schrank, keine Kochnische, verrostete Assescoires, 20cm Spiegel 1 Meter hinter dem Miniwaschbecken, kleine Terrasse zum Innenhof voller Algen und Blätter, brummende Neonröhren auf der Empore

Das Haus in Bad Schandau befindet sich an der Kirnitzsch unmittelbar der Haltestelle zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall. Es ist aber nicht laut. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und die Wohnung bietet eine Menge Platz inkl. eines Balkon. Zur Küche kann ich nichts beitragen, diese haben wir nicht genutzt.

Über die App von Booking konnte ich den Gastgeber schnell kontaktieren. Er war sofort erreichbar und hat die weiteren Schritte erklärt. Es ist eine sehr große Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch im Sommer kühl. Die Lage ist unmittelbar am Kurpark. Auch das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist kein Problem.

Auf der Website sind die Fotos nicht den Wohnungen zugeordnet. Man weiß also nicht genau, wie die Wohnung aussieht. Die Parkplätze sind nicht ausgeschildert. Wir wussten nicht, dass wir eine Dachwohnung haben. Es ist nicht jedem möglich sein Gepäck über eine Wendeltreppe in den 3. Stock zu tragen. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht optimal, dass war uns durch die Bewertungen aber bewusst. Die Wohnung macht einen vernachlässigten Eindruck, Vorhänge hängen teilweise herunter, die Wasserhähne in Küche und Bad wackeln, die Abflüsse laufen sehr schlecht ab, der Balkon machte einen verwahrlösten Eindruck.

"Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Bad Schandau"

Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gut.
