The location is good, comfortable bedroom and kitchen

Some broken things, like the toilet plastic chair, the certain in the kitchen and the soap was empty. Not easy way to communicate with the stuff

Honestly, nothing, maybe the position only 5 walking minutes to the Metro and the small table.

Bad Smell, No soundproofing Dirty Dark I will suggest a fresh painting with decoration.

We stayed in Apparent just for two night during short stop in Porto, so for such purpose it was OK and sufficient. The entrance to the Appt is by code and to the room by different code as well. So you can come of leave the Appt anytime, it is very useful when having the flight very early at the morning. (The owner sent us the code before our stay, maybe on the day of arrival, dont remember. But comunicated through booking chat). When arriving to the room, we found a bottle of water and some cookies at kitchen table, it was nice present. As we came to Porto before our check in time (3 or 5 p.m. ? ), we headed directly to the citycenter and left our baggage in public lockers,there are at least 2 places - was ok, price ok ) The Appt had it own bathfoom and toilet, and its own entrence to comon terrace, what was very nice to sit outside. It is located very close to metro station (what was surprising is that the metro in Porto goes mostly abowe the ground), the neighbourhood was quiet.

What could be better is that some things in the Appt. were broken, and there was not enough cooking utensils (but if you need to cook sth simple, for eg. some pasta with bought sauce, you will make it up). Would be nice to have some vine glasses there, as Porto+Gaia is the city of vine :)

Free parking. On a metro to Porto - literally 3 mins walk and regular. Lovely terrace. Great communication. Really nice place.

A few maintenance issues. A few corner stores and cafes but nowhere really to shop or eat out locally.

Porto is a beautiful city, this is in an area outside the city.

Wouldn't reccomend if you like clean, safe and usable places. It looks nothing like the pictures advertised. A notice on enterance mentions how the area has a high crime rate and to not leave your vehicles on the street. Showering facilities are awful: 1. A window curtain for a shower curtain = smelly, damp and covered in mold. 2. Leaking shower basin that flooded right into the kitchen. Unusable shower facility. Bedroom facilities: 1. Mould growth above bed (see picture). 2. Headboard to bed loose 3. Dirty stained matress. Kitchen facility Never used the kitchen, or spent much time at the apartment at all. 1. Coffee machine has mould growth all over it Poor host management Host didn't respond to my notification about unusable shower facility until we checked out.

There is a self Check in. But we weren't able to unlock the door of the room. When we called the contact number there was a man who told us, that we have to turn the handle to the right hand side.

The room was smelling bad and there was mold on the ceiling. When you are having a shower the whole floor of the bathroom is wet. The area of the room ist very bad.
