"Nos sentimos incómodos y manipulados"

Fuimos con reserva de una comercializados. Al llegar la señora nos dice que teníamos dos reservas y que no estaba dispuesta a pagar el porcentaje de dos habitaciones a la comercializados. Le enseño mi reserva y dice que la anula y que lo haga con ella. Tenía desayuno incluido y ella nos lo cobró. Mal estilo y poco agradable. No lo aconsejo
