お値打ちに宿泊できて助かりました。

Quiet neighbourhood.

Self check in was a terrible experience. I spent more than 30min trying. Room WiFi device wasn't working. Pleaded with host for 3 hrs before it was replaced.

隅々までゴミやホコリなく清潔でした（シーツだけ使用感が大きかった）。コンビニが近くにいくつもあり、安いコインパーキングも多数近くにあり、便利な立地でした。

窓の外には、学校のグランドがあり、夜は静かでした。 飲屋街と離れたエリアなので、治安も良く、とても安心して眠れました。 駅まで徒歩圏内、路面電車もあり便利だと思います。

The location is good. We saw one cockroach in the unit and another giant one in the building. The unit generally needs an upgrade and modernization. Curtains could have been better. We were 3, incl. 2 teenagers, and the unit felt good up to 2 guests only. It was really tight esp as each of us had luggages.

Excellent location, with an interesting view, good kitchen facilities, and plent of nearby restaurants. Check in instructions were clear.

Awkward remote check-in. Camera on the check-in i-Pad didn't seem to work. Instructions were clear, but quite complicated.

広島駅の近くでしたが、大通りから少し入った所なのでとても静かで快適でした。 トイレがウォシュレットではなく便座が冷たかったのが少し残念でした。

シャワーの温度調整に難あり、湯が熱すぎて水を加えると、加熱が止まってほぼ水になるのは困った。 あと、トイレはウォシュレットにして欲しい。
