This place was great! The staff was super nice and we easily communicated even though I speak very little Japanese. The breakfast options were fantastic and the location is right near two metro stops.

It's very comfortable, but it's very small, couldn't really turn around in the room. no desk space, but it's in Japan, space is limited. convenient to train station, convenient stores, malls.

チェックインの時もチェックアウトの時もフロントのスタッフさんがにこやかに対応してくださいました 廊下ですれ違った清掃のスタッフさんも明るく挨拶してくださり、とても気持ちが良かったです¨̮⃝ 隣の部屋の音が全く聞こえず静かに休めました お風呂のカーテンの生乾きの臭いが少し気になりました 2階の共用スペースは外を見ながらコーヒーを飲むことができ、朝食を食べるのに良かったです また横浜に泊まる際は利用させていただきます

Good business hotel where three train lines meet. Area is busy with lots of food options. Lots of locals and not many foreigners. Good access to Narita Airport.

Hotel is located near Sakuragicho station and also close to Minatomirai shopping mall. There are plenty number of good restaurants open till late night nearby, but not noisy and peaceful location.
