Die Lage

Wir waren vom Empfang nicht fair beraten. Uns wurde die Marriott BonVoy Card empfohlen (vermutlich gibt s dafür für s Personal Provision). Wir sind dann Mitglied der BonVoy Card geworden. Leider hat uns der Empfang nicht gesagt, dass wir, bevor wir Essen bestellen, auf die BonVoy Mitgliedschaft hinweisen müssen. Wir haben im Glauben, dass wir durch die BonVoy Card günstiger Essen können ein Abendessen bestellt. Bei der Zahlung wurde uns gesagt das die BonVoy Card nicht wirksam ist, da wir vorab nicht auf die Karte hingewiesen hatten. Das Ganze hat bei uns einen nicht kundenfreundlichen Eindruck hinterlassen.
