- uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa - śniadania na najwyższym poziomie, przepyszne, estetycznie podane, świeże, ogromny wybór - ogólna atmosfera bardzo przyjazna - lokalizacja i widok z pokoju - czystość w pokoju 10/10 - wygodne łóżko i pościel, z której nie chce się wychodzić

- odgłosy w pokoju Delux. Pewnie spowodowane mechanizmami znajdującymi się pod nimi - może mieliśmy pecha i bardzo często było słychać biegające dzieci po pomoście, dosyć mocno słychać to w pokoju. To nie są absolutnie kwestie, które spowodowałyby u nas zmianę decyzji co do przyjazdu, ale jeśli już mamy "wyszukać dziurę w całym" ;) to byłoby to właśnie to

+ Znakomita lokalizacja + Bardzo wygodne łóżka i przestronne pokoje + Śniadania różnorodne + Basen i strefa spa/ wellness bardzo przyjemna + Bardzo wygodny, darmowy parking

- W pokojach widać zużycie mebli i podłogi - Brak nadzoru w saunie skutkuje tym, że goście w strojach kąpielowych, zaraz po wyjściu z basenu (bez prysznica) siedzą w saunach na deskach bez ręczników - sprzęt na siłowni jest dość zużyty, wymagałby konserwacji lub wymiany - Pokoje nie są dobrze wygłuszone, słychać sąsiadów

Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku. Byliśmy zimą, piękne widoki ośnieżonych gór i zamarzniętego jeziora. Super jedzenie, np. zakwasy do śniadania, restauracja też pozytywnie zaskoczyła smakiem i ciekawym podaniem obiadowych dań. Spa, masaże rewelacja.

Trzeba pamiętać że mieszka się w oddzielnych budynkach i trzeba dochodzić do restauracji i spa. Do niektórych są wąskie schody. W saunach jest niezawysoka temperatura do 75 stopni. Nieszczelne szklane kabiny i automatyczne czasowe wyłączniki piecyków nie pozwala ich porządnie nagrzać. No i niestety ogólnie trochę drogo i pobyt i jedzenie.
