The place is in a very good location for shopping and things.

The bathroom needs updating. The bed in the smaller room was broken.

Excellent location and good value for money. The wifi was very good. The washing machine was helpful.

The linen had a lot of stains.

Perfect location, apartment with 2 bed rooms, kitchen and bathroom.washing machine is a plus.

The address of the property is: L4 but printed out it looks like 14 !! That L4 could be a little more clear on the site. And outside the entrance you can see nothing about that L4. Maybe the care taker could paint clearly L4 on the entrance columns. For the rest: i missed a kitchen towel. That's all. I like to come back anyway if I need to stay in Colombo.

Toilet poorly lit . Cockroaches despite specific request pre arrival to attend to this previously reported problem

location, size of the apartment, locality etc. facilities such as fridge, & cookware, stove etc. is of great help

Maintaining, cleaning or replacing of furniture (bed, mattress, sofa etc.) kind of old and stinks too. Hygiene in terms of pest control is a must, in kitchen area especially.
