Holiday Holiday Sun City Apartments

Smoke alarm beeping on arrival. No one came for three days. Could not use air conditioner in bedroom as it dripped water. Having to go to the Holiday holiday office was very inconvenient and I would never book that again.

Lots of problems no curtains air CB on leaking lost my clothes what was in the bed not a great experience and I travel a lot

The ac wasn’t working at all and the fridge was leaking water

The Hotel is amazing, great views, great pool, great location

For $370 a night the room was well below average, Stained sheets, no curtain in bedroom,I had to hang rugs at the window, carpets are worn, one bar of soap in bathroom, none in the kitchen. Room is privately owned so hotel staff don't help, My car park was always full. No WiFi , Pick up and drop off key is a major painful event due to being in a different location. When I complained to Holiday Holidays staff they told me that I had seen the photos so bad luck ,and I had the option to Sue if I wanted to walk out and not get any money back. They did have the sheets changed and organised a curtain contractor to come measure up on day two. To little to late, The Whole room needs a make over. Never booking through Holiday Holidays again.

the view was amazing :) and bbq area out side, bed was super comfy.

not realising there was a bond needing to be paid when collecting the keys and that the keys we had to collect from different area would of been good if there were more towels and washing powder and no tv in kids room like displayed

The apartments and pools were great, and location was excellent. However, the check in was a bit frustrating as we had to go to another location to check-in and out. The apartment had a limited starter pack with tea, coffee, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Unfortunately the same amount was given for 1 night stay or a week, and despite requirement to leave dishes clean there was no restock of items.

Was a fantastic place close to eveeything ..very holmly and very comfortable will definitely be back again
