If you go to konitsa there is no other choice. Very nice place well organized and well done design wise and quality wise. 5 stars for the area of konitsa it is the best. Next to a very nice scenary with location is great. Also nice bistrot.

We enjoyed the friendly family run hotel. We were there 3 nights. Ideal place for kicking-off hiking directly from the hotel. There is this beautiful original bridge at 20 m from the hotel. We were really impressed and do not understand this hotel is not mentioned in our “Greece bible”. We hope to come back to this region to do some more hiking and to stay at the hotel again. The scenery is exceptional. Breakfast at the hotel was a success and ideal to get the day started for hiking. We highly recommend this hotel. Greetings from the Belgians.

A family run hotel in the best location in Konitsa. It is next to the old bridge of Kontitsa at the river Aos and under many plane trees. This is the 3rd time we visit the hotel and as always we had a great relaxing time. Ms Chrussoula, the owners mother takes care of the home made breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and most have a balcony overlooking the trees and the river. There is also a good restaurant at the premises. The pool is really useful as we usually visit the area at the summer time. The hotel is 2 min drive to the center of Konitsa village, 15 min drive to the amazing Voidomatis river and 25 min to Zagorohoria area. A wonderful - not to miss 1 and a half hour path to the Stomio Monastery is starting next to the hotel.

Great room with excellent view to the river and the bridge. Hotel offered new dishes with local ingredients and great service. People who work there are polite and helpful. Nice trout and wild pork! Keep up the good work!

The hotel was excellent. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and had 2 rooms. The rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful and took care of all our requests. The hotel has its own parking, restaurant and a pool and it is very close to the Aoos river and the bridge.

We loved the location by the river and the bridge, a short drive uphill to the town and to the mountains nearby. We highly recommend hiking along the river up to the monastery. We also liked the combination of hotel+ air conditioned rooms +restaurant+ swimming pool The rooms were decorated just like in the pictures, but the bathrooms are very badly planned and badly built. The Jacuzzi did not function in any of our rooms, and unfortunately the hotel owner was too stingy, so he operated the electric water hitting system only after the second day, when we remarked once again that there was almost no hot water. The lady serving breakfast was extremely nice , there was a variety of options, but not all of them fresh. We enjoyed our stay, but think that if the owner was willing to spend just a little more money on bathrooms, hot water as well as breakfast it could be an amazing hotel!!

Short story - Health and safety issues, especially unsafe electrics. - Room keys left in a basket at an unattended reception desk - Unprofessional and unhelpful service with the exception of a couple of smiley members of staff - Noisy communal pool area used by the local youth community - Rundown deco that needs updating, far from what is shown on the professional photos - Lack of a basic medical kit Long Story We arrived to find an empty reception desk. While waiting for someone to appear, we noticed that the hotel residents picked their key from a basket at the reception desk. Anyone really could pick a key, couldn’t they? We had to go and search in and out of the hotel for a member of staff to check us in. When we raised the issue of the unattended keys, the answer of a rather unpleasant and unprofessional waitress/receptionist was that if we didn’t leave the key in the basket they could lock us out at night and they would have to use a passe-partout to clean our room (which is a normal procedure in all hotels). Overall the deco and amenities are rundown but most importantly the electrics need a serious safety check. We raised the issue with the same member of staff after an incident involving a kitten playing with a naked cable at the garden/pool area; when I informed her about the cable that buzzed and sparked, she only enquired about the wellbeing of kitten. She didn’t ask about the whereabouts of the cable or even make any effort to reassure me that they will check it, unless her question about the kitten was part of their safety check!! Our children were playing at the communal area. As you can imagine, we couldn’t relax and let them play without our constant supervision or worrying there might be faulty electrics in other areas such as in the pool. Also when we asked the same person for a thermometer, when my husband had a serious infection (for which in the end he went to hospital), her answer was that they didn’t have such things. While discussing privately and wondering whether “such things” meant a first aid kit, she overheard and came asking for explanations, with an attitude of telling us off! That was the zenith of unprofessionalism!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is good, the staff is super nice and the breakfast are home made. It was a really good choice to come to this hotel, you should come too! And if you do, don't miss the bridge near the hotel, the view when you cross it is amazing!
