We absolutely adored Canang Villas! Bright and light space, super clean, very quiet area with excellent facilities. The pool was incredible too! We spent Nyepi here and were very well taken care of by Ketut and team who helped us with breakfast (which was delicious!) and even did a rush laundry service for me so it was done before everything closed down. We loved the location too - close to amazing cafes, shops, gyms and yoga. Thank you for a wonderful stay - would absolutely come back!

Komang was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and provided an excellent service. All the staff at the property were so lovely.

Nothing everything was great

When we arrived at the villa we were a little disappointed at first because we expected better based on the pictures. On the day we arrived there was a really loud noise from the construction site right next door. However, the villa turned out to be a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh and arrived on time, but I also recommend trying the breakfasts at the Gooseberry restaurant next door. Otherwise, communication with the staff was, friendly, smooth and easy via WhatsApp. The staff has made a guidebook with lots of useful information about restaurants, beaches and other places worth visiting. The villa was a bit beach house style and really spacious. The double bed was huge and quite good to sleep on, although it creaked a bit. There was also a water dispenser in the room, so you didn't have to drag water from the store. A big plus! The pool was a nice size but could have used a wash. The sun loungers were comfortable and well placed as the sun shone on the pool area from morning until afternoon. The location seemed a bit remote at first, but it wasn't a long way to the nearest "center". However, it's not the best place for walking. There is a Gooseberry restaurant and minimarket 100 meters away, and you can also buy drinks and chips at the villa.

There are actually several construction sites next door, so there is some noise in the villa - but only during normal working hours. During our trip, there was a really strong wind on many nights and the front door to the room rattled loudly. The problem was solved when we put a suitcase in front of the door at night to keep it in place. The room would be good to have hooks / some clotheslines, more drying space for towels and swimwear, and also paintings, shelves etc. to add coziness. The room is a bit dreary and feels unfinished. The facilities were cleaned daily if wanted, but the level of cleaning could have been better, especially in the toilets. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here, but the price we paid for the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations.
