Andilana Beach Resort

The resort is really beautiful and clean. They take very good care of the nature and they have plenty of animal in the resort. Even crocodils! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The reception staff is extremly friendly especially Rudy, Fleuri and Clara. They helped us with a lot of patience with all of our problems and questions. The director is also a nice person. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, especially the pizza. :)

We booked all inclusive but the water was only during the lunch and dinner included. If you want water during the day they charge you 2 euros per bottle. We asked for a bottle of water during breakfast and the staff refused to give us one & was really rude. We were 3 people so 1 bottle for lunch wasn't enough either and when we asked for more they were rude again. The guests are 95% italians because of that the staff barely spoke english, only italian and french. The music at the pool are was only in italian. The wifi didn't work well in the room.

The room wasn’t clean, downgraded a lot since its opening, awful smell from dead crabs in front of the room until we spoke to the gardner who said he isn’t paid well and we had to pay him to clean up. The staff all complained about not being well paid. They recycle food from the day before and I got ill with a really bad stomachache until they told me that the food isn’t fresh. They don’t even give soap or shampoo anymore. Won’t be going there again

Struttura davvero molto bella. Spiaggia divisa in parte relax e parte più movimentata. Animazione presente ma non invadente. Camere ampie. Cibo buono anche se un po’ ripetitivo. MARE E SPIAGGIA sono le più belle di nosy be (abbiamo visitato anche altri villaggi ma non sono lontanamente paragonabili). Resort pulito ovunque. Nonostante ciò, tutti e dico tutti, hanno avuto problemi intestinali pertanto mettetelo in conto. Aspetto negativo ma non relativo all’hotel: una continua richiesta di mance davvero snervante!

The hotel is at a wonderful beach. Staf are kind and helpful. Food’s amazing. The garden is so beautiful - we loved the lemurs. 99% of the guests were Italian - very nice people :)

Rooms are not four stars - but nice indeed. We would have preferred communication in other languages than only Italian. We had no clue about the daily activities, themes and so on.

Hôtel qui se pretend 4 étoiles mais qui ne l'est pas... Il y a de vrais 4 etoiles à Nosy Be. Le problème, c'est que le prix facturé est excessif. La chambre est petite et vétuste (la salle de bain a été mal refaite). Les repas sous forme de buffet sont répétitifs et peu qualitatif ( 1 seul repas avec de la charcuterie et du fromage sur une semaine). Seul point tres positif : le site est très joli. Conseils : choisissez un autre hébergement pour ce tarif.
