Bliss In Viya

The view is amazing and the room was beautifully set up. We stayed here for two nights and couldn't get enough watching the peacocks and birds from our terrace. Our host Aris was very kind and attented to all our needs, he mayed our stay even more wonderful. We will definitely come again :)

The view is stunning. The host is very nice and helpful. It is not so far from the center if you take the shortcut.

The room standard is very basic. Also the smell is disturbing.

Beautiful views of the tea plantations and waterfall. Comfortable, nice breakfast and very nice and helpful staff.

A bit far from the centre, but staff is always available to arrange affordable transportation and the views are worth it.

The owner was very friendly and drove us around interesting places. It was possible to talk to him and negotiate with him. He always tried to help us with everything.

the host was AMAZING. took very good care of us and helped with everything, drove us around ella and did his best to maximize our stay, his staff was also amazing the location is great - right infront of the waterfall and with lush green view

the rooms need some loving * mosquitos were all over the place, they kept showing up in the bathroom (many many of them) * the water pressure in the shower was very weak * the top room had its share of noise from squirrels running at night on the roof, it kept waking us up

View, staff and their helpfullness was superb. Breakfast at the balcony was amazing with great views.

accessibility is very difficult through normal cars, need tuk tuk since it's on peak blankets were not fresh TVs not working kettle was not working in one room, other room it was not available, no hairdryer soap and water bottle was not provided

Price and rating above 9, at first...

Room downstairs has wet walls and unacceptable smell. Mould, not healthy at all. Haven't been told from owner before stay, would have cancelled. Moths and other insects, but no protection around bed. Worst room ever seen. Far away from every standard. Room upstairs better, seemed dry. Water was cold. We decided to stay for one night and give it a try. Electricity was unstable, sounded like there was water in the power line for a light bulb. Tuktuk are trying to scam you, better go with owner.
