Recomand cu încredere, personalul foarte sociabil, apartamente de lux, calitate preț bun!

Este foarte aproape de mare ,doamna de la recepție este responsabila foarte amabila de tot ce am avut nevoie neapărat oferit si foarte grijulie .E bine ca poți gati si avea grija de familie.

Dw prima necesitate Au fost careva lucruri ce nu tine de puterile personalului ,te doare spatele de la saltele sunt incomode de dormit si ar fi bine o saltea întreaga sa fie înloc de doua mereu se îndepărtau.Si lipsa unei mașini de spălat e foarte greu poate acest lucru depinde de cite stele are hotelul dar ar fi un plus.Si un alt mop ca sa poți sa mai faci curat cit locuiesti.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Residenza Perla sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Jediným plusem byla blízkost pláže...

Pokud toto byla perla, tak rozhodně falešná. Rezidence Perla prezentuje na Bookingu zcela jinou realitu, než jakou jsme zažili. Místo dvou manželských postelí a jedné standardní jsme obdrželi dvě samostatná lůžka sražená k sobě, jeden rozkládací gauč a malou výklopnou postel. Odpovídající ubytování to nebylo ani zdaleka – ačkoliv jsme problém ihned nahlásili, personál odmítl situaci řešit. Fotky a popis ubytování byly zavádějící. V oknech byly mříže, kuchyně i vybavení byly opotřebované a zašlé, klimatizace zapáchala zatuchlinou a terasa nenabízela žádné soukromí. Třešničkou na dortu bylo, že budova se na Bookingu chlubí třemi hvězdičkami, ale ve skutečnosti byla třetí hvězda fyzicky odstraněna. Velké zklamání. Celou věc postupuji jako oficiální reklamaci na Booking.com. Nedoporučuji. --------------------- If this was a pearl, then definitely a fake one. Residence Perla advertises something completely different on Booking than what we experienced. Instead of two double beds and one standard bed, we received two single beds pushed together, a pull-out sofa, and a small folding bed. This setup was far from what we booked, and when we raised the issue, the staff refused to address it. The photos and description on Booking are misleading. The windows had bars, the kitchen and its equipment were old and worn, the air conditioning smelled musty and seemed poorly maintained, and there was very little privacy on the terrace. To top it all off, the property shows three stars on Booking, but in reality, the third star has been removed or painted over. A major disappointment. I’m submitting an official complaint to Booking.com. Not recommended.
