Nice view with welcome staffs, room is clean and comfortable.

Most of the staff were excellent.

The rooms are starting to need a refresh. Island 619 buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) are barely passable and definitely not very good value.

Food was amazing. Room was great clean and tidy. While the pools are not as big as some resorts the overall experience is 5 star

Suggest an adults restaurant and separate family restaurant. Particularly for breakfast service where it becomes very hectic and unpleasant!

From the moment we arrived, the beautiful and helpful staff made us feel so welcome — genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. The lobby gave a fantastic first impression, setting the tone for the whole holiday. We were delighted with a room upgrade — the room was amazing, the grounds immaculate, and we could hear the ocean from our balcony, which was magical. Dining was a highlight: every restaurant was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the Tatavu Grill’s food and drinks were epic — special shout‑out to the poke bowls! We loved having access to the different pools, all well maintained and fun, and the massage at the spa was incredible — so relaxing and professional. Booking tours was effortless thanks to the friendly and efficient tour desk staff, who made everything easy. Overall, the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort gave us the perfect holiday — beautiful surroundings, amazing service, and unforgettable experiences. Highly recommended!

Only negatives were no hot spa available to use and there were some renovations occurring so some facilities were not in use but regardless was a great trip
