We enjoyed a wonderful five night stay in a gorund floor ocean view room at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, inviting swimming pools, and all the amenities you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. Our room was even ready a couple of hours before the official check in time, which was a lovely start. Some days we simply unwound by the pool, and on other days we joined the many activities available around the resort. There was always something to do, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. We loved the dining options — the buffet breakfast, Tatavu Grill & Bar, 28g, Island 619, and the themed dinners. The staff singing each evening felt like listening to a professional choir. We especially enjoyed the coffees at 28g. A highlight was checking in and dropping our bags at the Fiji Airways Lounge located within the resort, allowing us to bypass the airport queues completely. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable Fiji getaway.

The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever seen! The omelet station was so good, fresh fruit, breads, hot food, everything !! The pools were good and the aqua aerobics was such fun with amazing instructors. The staff are so helpful with luggage etc. It was a great stay

For the price we thought the facilities would of been better, the shower head was nearly falling apart, sink blocking up and fridge was leaking, tv functions didn’t fully work, nothing major but you pay top dollar.

The resort grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and a great beachfront setting. The pools and outdoor areas were enjoyable, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The location in Denarau is convenient, especially for short getaways or access to nearby restaurants and marina activities. The breakfast selection was good and the overall resort layout feels spacious and tropical.

While the property itself is attractive, the overall experience did not fully match the standards expected from an international Sheraton resort. Some areas felt dated and in need of refurbishment, and service consistency was lacking at times. Communication and organisation occasionally seemed disjointed, particularly during busy periods. The resort can also feel overcrowded, which affects the relaxing atmosphere. For the price point, greater attention to detail and guest experience would be expected.

The only thing that would fault the Sheraton is not having washing machines available
