Very clean property. Good service at the reception. 5-7 minutes walk to main part of Hoi An

Very small room. If you do laundry, they don’t measure your clothes weigh at the reception. So, you’re not sure how much you will pay.

The location, in walking distance of old town. Great hospitality of staffs.

Staff didnt tell in anvance that they will charge.for the big bottle of drinking water. One of two bottles of drinking water in the fridge is already been open. One used towel were hanging in the room

The staff is very very very nice. She is more than welcoming to help people. My friend fell down from the stair and she took a very good care of her until late. That was exceeding our expectation. I’m very impressed and I will definitively come back again.

This place doesn’t have an elevator so you get tired climbing up to your room especially if your room are on higher floor.

Really appreciated Ms Hong, she is really nice and friendly and helpful, she provide a lot of information about Hoian and it really useful for us. The room is good but no elevator but it ok. Hotel located near Hoian ancient town we can walk to there in a few minute, nice place to stay

great location, friendly staff

no lift, so the stairs were a bit inconvenient for little kids and those with mobility issues

The location is superb and being able to rent the bicycle for free is such a great way to get around and see the town! The rooms has everything you need and I was able to have a good night's rest from all the activities :)
