Malaysia airline did not transfer our luggages when we transit via KL to Danang. As a result, we had to make a report at the airport when we did not get our luggages. We have requested airport to bring our luggages to hotel when the next plane arrived instead of waiting for it at the airport. Fortunately the hotel driver is still waiting for us despite the luggage delay (hotel charged 300,000VN). When we reached the Hotel (1 hr from airport), the lady boss let us check in 2 hours earlier and even upgraded our room so that we can take a rest first. The hotel staff is so kind to received our luggage on our behalf when we went out. Our room is at the 3rd level, so we have to climbed up as there is no lift (not suitable for old folks or kids). The room is very spacious and clean. Not as pretty as picture shown, but overall good enough for us. We only stayed there for 1 night as we will move to Danang the next day. Overall, I find the Hotel staff friendly and it's easy to get a ride by using the Grab apps.
