Un petit hôtel qui a tout d'un Palace ! Marco et Richard sont des hôtes absolument charmants, attentionnés et pleins d'humour. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme des invités d'exception. Le lieu est sublime. La décoration des espaces communs, l'équipement des chambres et le service sont parfaits. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, frais avec chaque jour de nouvelles dégustations. Je recommande à 100%. Notre plus belle étape de cette semaine dans les Pouilles.

This was… a dream. What a magical and special place. The palazzo has been beautifully renovated with such eye for detail. It’s located in an authentic Puglian town with great dining spots and just a short drive from stunning beaches. Richard and Marco are the warmest, most thoughtful hosts. Their hospitality shines through in the amazing team they've brought together. They took our vacation to the next level and we’re very grateful for their fantastic care and wonderful recommendations. We would 100%, definitely, absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much!

Another day in paradise – Palazzo Piccinno. A soft breeze rustled the banana tree leaves, the pool water gently rippled, quiet piano music floated through the air, and in the distance, church bells rang. Our final moments in paradise – peaceful, timeless, unforgettable. We spent five incredible nights at this beautiful palazzo in Apulia. The setting was stunning: a dreamy room full of italian character, a serene pool, and delicious, lovingly prepared breakfast each morning. What made this stay truly exceptional, however, were the two remarkable hosts. Marco and Richard. Warm, intuitive, mindful and endlessly attentive. They seemed to know what we needed before we did. Their care, attention, recommendations for restaurants and beaches were spot-on and made every day feel effortless and special. This palazzo doesn’t just offer beauty and comfort – it comes alive through the heart, energy and presence of its hosts and the people who surround it. Every day was truly another day in paradise -again and again. Gonna miss you both and your unique hand-written notes. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property, everything is done with so much attention to detail & style. The real differentiator is all the love and care from the owners Richard and Marco and the rest of the staff. Very personal, amazing breakfast (especially for Italy!), good coffee, comfy beds, nice pool to dip, the town was surprisingly nice also with a nice piazza and some bars.

Palazzo Piccinno is one of those places that stays with you. The building is beautiful, carefully restored and full of charm. The rooms are peaceful, clean, and feel very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful details throughout the whole property. What really made the stay stand out were the hosts, Richard and Marco. They were kind, welcoming, and truly cared about every part of our visit. You never feel like just another guest — they go above and beyond without ever being overbearing. The garden area is a lovely spot to relax, and the pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, served outside with a lot of care — just one more way they make your stay feel special. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Calm, personal, and really well done.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Piccinno! From the very first moment, Richard welcomed us with a warm smile and a glass of wine, so kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He truly took the time to make us feel at home, pampering us with everything we could have possibly wanted and more. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, generous, delicious and beautifully presented. The palace itself is tastefully designed, with so much charm and elegance in every detail. Staying at Palazzo Piccinno wasn’t just about having a place to sleep it was a full experience. We truly felt spoiled and grateful. Highly recommended! And hoping to stay again!
